No pest control, no lawn care, busted out windows, abandoned cars, if your appliance breaks they don’t replace, rent goes up every year and not by $20-$50, try $200. Turned into the hood

Domestic disturbances more than once a month. Maintenance guy smokes meth on the job and makes the building stink. Maintence doesnt clean up after themself. Trash everywhere. No pool. Took out vending machines w no warning. Maintence enters apartment whenever they feel like it even tho it's illegal. Fleas, roaches, seasonal mites, more spiders than I've ever seen in my life. They crawl on you in your sleep. I've been bitten several times. Crystal and pasty are liers who will scam you and lie to ...

you to get your money. They do nothing to help maintain propwrty. Bad managers. Worst experience of my life!

Beautiful well kept apartments large floor plans. Friendly helpful staff *Crystal* is wonderful. Quiet and safe area for my newborn baby girl and a beautiful pool great for parties or just to relax.

I love living here, It's the biggest one bedroom I've lived in. I like the floor plan and the big rooms. The pool is a good size going up to 7 feet deep and I like the gym, and its open till 10 pm. Everyone is nice out here.

Ok the apartments arent to bad remoddeled. They ask to much for rent. They don't give you a brake down for your water bill. They cahrge you 30 bucks to pay your rent. You can't have anything on the back porch but chairs and plants, no rugs no grill. Other residents use the kids park to walk there dogs and don't pick up after them.

It's a well maintained apartment complex. A lot of military living in the area due to it being close to a Naval base. The maintenance are great, they work hard and are good at what they do. There are a few bad seeds in the park due to the area the park is located to. But it is quiet for the most part and a lot of friendly people.
