Maintenance staff
September 27, 2023just now NEW There were some maintenance issues around the townhouse when moving in. They were brought to the offices attention, and the maintenance team was there to fix any and all issues quickly and efficiently. They were friendly, helpful, and the the head of maintenance was there to address everything.Property Manager Responded

Find a different place to live
January 17, 2022Management staff is and was unresponsive. They had a total of 3 different mangers in the 2 years I lived there. Maintenance staff was ok, when they didn’t feel like they were wasting their time or you were bothering them to fix something that was broken or not working correctly. If you don’t mind having the sheriffs department in the community responding to domestic violence cases and having, the best word for it is, sketchy behaviors going on at all times of the night then this is your place. If ...you do decide to move there please make sure that the little postcard you get for your water and trash, that consistently increases each month, is just a reminder of what the charge is cause if they don’t take the time to explain that and you overpay your rent for a year and go back asking them about it, they look at you like your crazy or they say “let me research it, I’ll call you in a couple days”. May 13, 2021I’ve lived here for about 2 years. For the last 6 months or so, staff have not answered the phone, they don’t respond to multiple emails, they are not present in the office, we still haven’t received pest control (even after COVID restrictions changed), we’ve had a work order for our kitchen light that hasn’t been fixed, and they do not provide explanations for increase in rent. When I first moved, it was better, but that was a year and a half ago (pre-COVID).Property Manager Responded
