I have enjoyed my years here
May 7, 2022Been at Desert Peaks since March of 2020. Went through 2 management companies now on the 3rd. Velo Residential took over like in January early February. You can definitely feel the difference in management. As for the staff before they are all gone. New manager New maintenance which by the way all friendly great people. Waste of time
December 5, 2021Im not even living at this property. I was interested in living there, made the appointment with the girl the day before and we agreed on a time. I showed up, wasted my lunch time on going because the girl wasn’t even there. I called and called the office and knocked at the door and nothing. I never to heard back from her. I didn’t wanna believe the previous negative reviews but if this girl didn’t care to show up to the appointment then there’s some truth to them.
