I lived here from May 2023-July 2024. Everything was pretty run of the mill. Maintenance was pretty slow to come by, but I could live with that. The issues really started when I decided to break lease, so I could move away from Fargo. I have had nothing but issues since then. First of all, the lease makes you responsible for the whole lease term when you leave (totally my fault for not understanding what the lease was saying). opted to do a lease buyout. They were completely unresponsive for weeks at a time and would not return phone calls or emails. They sent me incorrect statements claiming that I owned $1250 for steam cleaning. They eventually corrected the info after I called, but it doesn't end there. I received a debt collection notice from them in the mail stating that I owed them more money from July (which I don't) that they just decided to not mention for 7 months. Basically, their accounting team does not keep good records and it will completely screw you over. If you do move here (which you shouldn't) keep records of every payment you make to them!
