    I lived here from May 2023-July 2024. Everything was pretty run of the mill. Maintenance was pretty slow to come by, but I could live with that. The issues really started when I decided to break lease, so I could move away from Fargo. I have had nothing but issues since then. First of all, the lease makes you responsible for the whole lease term when you leave (totally my fault for not understanding what the lease was saying). So, I continued to pay my rent every month since then. In November, I ...
    opted to do a lease buyout. They were completely unresponsive for weeks at a time and would not return phone calls or emails. They sent me incorrect statements claiming that I owned $1250 for steam cleaning. They eventually corrected the info after I called, but it doesn't end there. I received a debt collection notice from them in the mail stating that I owed them more money from July (which I don't) that they just decided to not mention for 7 months. Basically, their accounting team does not keep good records and it will completely screw you over. If you do move here (which you shouldn't) keep records of every payment you make to them!

    Not only will they violate your tenet rights/lease agreement. They will make you wait weeks to get anything fixed around your apartment. Within the first month of living at our apartment the baseboard was falling off the wall! Put in a service request for the baseboard and still hasn’t got fixed 1 year later. The garages got remodeled and they forgot to rewire the garage code assembly back in. Now I have to manually open/close the garage. Put in a ticket for this, checked it the day the service ...

    I like living at Danbury, the rooms are nice especially for the price. Some things are old and seem to be falling apart but nothing too noticeable, this building is old and you get a room for a good price. The only issue I have is the hallways and stairways usually have garbage left there by other residents. And they usually smell pretty bad, but I understand this is because of other residents. Staff does clean the halls routinely, but not often enough for me to not see the garbage. Otherwise, ...
    everyone minds their own business and it’s pretty quiet. Sometimes the neighbors across from our balcony party and are a little loud but it’s nothing crazy. I am also very happy with the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Whenever someone was parked in my spot, they were very helpful in solving my problem. And I like the way packages are handled here. Anything too big to fit in your mailbox can be delivered to the office, which are always handled well and the staff is helpful. Overall, for the price this place is very nice to live in. It’s nothing fancy, and there are definitely worse places. The only issue is the messy residents; but the nice staff, rooms, and cheap rent outweigh that.

    Most people in this community are extremely inconsiderate when it comes to noise pollution (revving engines, playing music ridiculously loud, yelling in the parking lot, etc at all hours) and there's always garbage everywhere. The apartments are nice and spacious but the walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors even if they are reasonably quiet and it makes for inadequate privacy. Never have had a problem with the staff though.

    I found the staff very professional. In looking for an apartment we took many tours and sent plenty of emails and Danbury made me feel the most secure and felt the most professional. My roommates and I felt that because of the professionalism we became really sold on the property. On top of that Shelbie was able to get in contact with us easily, which really helped the process. I would say that there were plenty of issues when it came to the fees and such since the online payment wasn't working. ...

    I have had a terrible experience with Danbury since moving in. I would never recommend anyone to rent from Danbury. This has been the worst apartment My husband and I have ever lived in. We had major issues with the apartment as soon as we moved in and it has taken management months to resolve them. Some of those issues are still ongoing and have yet to be resolved.
