Good location, poor everything else

Elevator breaks down EXTREMELY OFTEN, and isn’t fixed for a week+ at a time. Temperature control is an issue when it’s hot/cold. Washer and dryer are small and make obnoxious and repeating sounds when a load is done. Kitchen sink doesn’t have a disposal, very weak faucet, effectively useless spray function. Decent location though
