Outstanding staff and complex

The existing apartments are lovely but what makes this place truly outstanding are the efforts of all staff to willingly do everything and anything possible to make residents comfortable, welcome and to solve any glitches that may arise even if when not their responsibility. When I lost keys, without even being asked, they shoveled walks to try to find them and the owner then volunteered to help eventually finding them.
The developer took over an existing building and is expanding the complex ...
adding upgraded buildings and cottages and every possible amenity.
Lastly this complex deserves special recognition for effectively enforcing non smoking regulations. Second hand smoke is dangerous for anyone but even more for those over age 55. Though other complexes may have non smoking rules, this is the first and only I've encountered or know of that promptly and effectively adddresses the issue when a resident is non compliant. This to assure the health and safety of other residents.
