Place isnt good
February 7, 2021Trash thrown on the ground by the people live there. Trash on the ground by the dumpsters. The noise levels are bad. People do illegal stuff on the porch and pool. Neighbors running stumping and talking loud manager dont do anything. Not a place to live.Review from Apartments.com
AWSOME PLACE TO LIVE
January 31, 2021I just recently moved here from out of town and I found the perfect place .Ms. Vencent has been very instrumental in helping me get acquainted to the area and learning where to find everything.I have not had a single maintenance issue in the first year that I have been here. I heard Louisiana is known for bugs and I have not seen one around my property yet. Noise Complaints
March 15, 2020We continually complain due to noisy neighbors but nothing is ever done. Continously up past 1AM due to our neighbors running upstairs. We've called to complain to the apartments and absolutely nothing is done. Been living here for many years and it's just getting worse. Yall, go rent somewhere else.
