Place isnt good
February 7, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comTrash thrown on the ground by the people live there. Trash on the ground by the dumpsters. The noise levels are bad. People do illegal stuff on the porch and pool. Neighbors running stumping and talking loud manager dont do anything. Not a place to live.

January 31, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI just recently moved here from out of town and I found the perfect place .Ms. Vencent has been very instrumental in helping me get acquainted to the area and learning where to find everything.I have not had a single maintenance issue in the first year that I have been here. I heard Louisiana is known for bugs and I have not seen one around my property yet. This apartment has truly been my peace and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking in the area.

March 15, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comWe continually complain due to noisy neighbors but nothing is ever done. Continously up past 1AM due to our neighbors running upstairs. We've called to complain to the apartments and absolutely nothing is done. Been living here for many years and it's just getting worse. Yall, go rent somewhere else. Walls are paper thin.

The Spacious bedrooms with your own private patio just makes it even more awesome. The staff is great also. One call and they will make sure all of your needs are handled. This community I would definitely recommend.
