Located in a very nice area, accessible to highways both 95/15, also route8. The maintaince people respond to any issues that may arise in a timely manner. Have met a lot of hard working couples in the building a great place to raise children. I feel very safe in the building, have recommended the building to many people! A diamond in the rough!

Brideport is primarily a good place to live depending on the side of town you live on. 42 dean pl. is a beautiful appartment complex near a park, and is right next to a shopping/ grocery plaza; in edition most of what you need is just a walk away

We have under building parking, an elevator. The unit we are in has a washer and dryer an air conditioner. and an outside deck. It has hard wood floors in the living room-dining room and carpet in the 2 bedrooms. It also has white marble floors in the bath and kitchen. it has new appiances with a black speciled granite countertop. rent is fairly low at $ 1395/month. On the down side there are multiple extra charges. Electric, gas, water, sewage are all extra charges
