November 24, 2024Pros: Wonderful location, amenable staff, and great amenities. One of the best gyms in any apartment downtown. New staff fixed the pool and are on top of maintenance. Concrete construction means fewer noise issues. I cannot think of a superior living community in downtown Greenville! Cons: No guest parking. Former management company had excellent socials and property events. I hope current management will reemphasize events in the new year.Review from Apartments.com

November 17, 2024Hello! I want to share my experience of living in a DECA building. Overall, I am satisfied with the conditions - the apartment is very comfortable and the location is convenient for my needs. I especially want to note the cleanliness in the entrance, good sound insulation or convenient Parking. I encountered some small problems, for example, a weak Wi-Fi signal at the place of work from home, but they were quickly solved thanks to your attention to detail. In fact, there are not even any ...ideas to improve the living conditions in this building, everything is fully sufficient and comfortable. I really love that the building has a spacious room with two large shower room for washing pets, as well as a furdryer. It’s incredibly convenient! Additionally, there are always treats available for the dogs, which makes taking care of them even more enjoyable. In general, me, my husband and our four-legged friend like to live here, and I will be happy to recommend DECA apartments to friends.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 23, 2024From the moment I moved in, I've been impressed with the attention to detail and the level of care that goes into maintaining the property. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-designed. I love the open floor plan, high ceilings, and large windows that let in so much natural light. The kitchen is a dream with updated appliances and plenty of storage space. The amenities are top-notch, too – the gym is well-equipped, the pool is always clean, and the community lounge is a ...great place to relax or meet neighbors. What really sets this place apart, though, is the management team. They are incredibly responsive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are happy. August 21, 2024Wonderful location, right on Main St, and directly adjacent to the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Great amenities, including pool, gym, remote work center. Staff is attentive and direct, and maintenance orders are fixed promptly and expertly. I do not know of a more convenient or luxurious apartment in downtown Greenville. Golf simulator and pet spa look great, and sparingly used. Cons: Guest parking no longer offered This makes visits and delivery orders (uber eats) difficult.
