I waited to post my review, as I was waiting on them to return my deposit, which I thought would be a fight. However, it did come but with a struggle and down to the last minute. I rented here for a year and a half. The location is great. If you know anything about the area, the convenience of being close to shopping and highways is stellar. But thats where the acilades end. night like theyre in the hood? People leave their trash out at all hours of the day and don't keep the hallways clean. Solicitation from cleaning companies even though its not allowed. I had a thing on my door one time for someone who lived here before me....the repo company showed up at my door look for their car!!!. I emailed the office! Called the cops one time because it sounded like there was some sort of dispute...this was 1pm in the afternoon!
My apartment layout was great but I was constantly dealing with silverfish because they never spray the grounds outside. And it was constantly dusty because the ACs were never taken care of. Poor insulation through and through. You have to stay on top of the office constantly. Inspections galore so if you value your privacy, forget it. Ive never seen a place with so many inspections. Greystar turned out to be a total joke and if I had have known they were involved with a bunch of lawsuits out west, I would not have rented at Decorum. Don't rent here if you value your sanity. Changes constantly!!!
