I waited to post my review, as I was waiting on them to return my deposit, which I thought would be a fight. However, it did come but with a struggle and down to the last minute. I rented here for a year and a half. The location is great. If you know anything about the area, the convenience of being close to shopping and highways is stellar. But thats where the acilades end. It is, by far, the most ghetto place I have ever rented from. Who shoots a music video out front the gates 9pm at ...
night like theyre in the hood? People leave their trash out at all hours of the day and don't keep the hallways clean. Solicitation from cleaning companies even though its not allowed. I had a thing on my door one time for someone who lived here before me....the repo company showed up at my door look for their car!!!. I emailed the office! Called the cops one time because it sounded like there was some sort of dispute...this was 1pm in the afternoon!
My apartment layout was great but I was constantly dealing with silverfish because they never spray the grounds outside. And it was constantly dusty because the ACs were never taken care of. Poor insulation through and through. You have to stay on top of the office constantly. Inspections galore so if you value your privacy, forget it. Ive never seen a place with so many inspections. Greystar turned out to be a total joke and if I had have known they were involved with a bunch of lawsuits out west, I would not have rented at Decorum. Don't rent here if you value your sanity. Changes constantly!!!

Our community would like the administration to empathize with the issues that affect our daily lives; as well as that they do not have the doors open like a church 24 hours a day, giving us insecurities. In 14 months the air conditioners have not been serviced, the water is not drinkable due to lack of maintenance on the facilities and the trash valet is too irregular not to mention the latest ridiculous regulations.

We rented this apartment sight unseen. I moved here for work and the most important thing for me was that I be close to my job so I don’t have to commute.. so I narrowed it down to 2 complexes I chose decorum for several reasons; the main one was Alana. She was so kind of listening to all of my questions she kept me up to date with everything and made the application process a breeze. After we arrived here (a long drive with a u haul) we couldn’t believe how beautiful the place is in person. The ...
apartment itself is lovely and very spacious(don’t love the floors but they work especially with a dog), the kitchen is HUGE for a 1/1 and I have ample storage but the main thing that sells this place Are its amenities and the fact they maintain it well. There are more maintenance staff here than anywhere I’ve ever lived and you always see them hard at work. A few other things to note: safety: this complex is very safe and has a nice feel to it; very well lit at night. The porch is screened in (a must in Florida) and complex feels like a resort!!!! Also everyone I’ve encountered at the office was equally as nice and accommodating. I love love love Decorum and I am extremely happy with my choice!!!! Totally recommend this place!!!!

Decorum was indeed a blessing for us. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and workout gym. My daughter and I had free water arobic lessons, which was great! The walking trail along the lake will always be memorized because of the beautiful yellow butterflies and lovely landscaping. The staff was especially kind. Thanks Decorum for a great stay.

Decorum cant seem to afford their luxury amenities anymore. Maintenance breakdowns are blamed on politics, along with them raising rent as services are reduced. If you move here get everything in writing, then prepare for litigation when management decides to ignore their lease
