The smoke-free community is a joke.
October 3, 2023Our community would like the administration to empathize with the issues that affect our daily lives; as well as that they do not have the doors open like a church 24 hours a day, giving us insecurities. In 14 months the air conditioners have not been serviced, the water is not drinkable due to lack of maintenance on the facilities and the trash valet is too irregular not to mention the latest ridiculous regulations.Property Manager Responded

September 2, 2022We rented this apartment sight unseen. I moved here for work and the most important thing for me was that I be close to my job so I don’t have to commute.. so I narrowed it down to 2 complexes I chose decorum for several reasons; the main one was Alana. She was so kind of listening to all of my questions she kept me up to date with everything and made the application process a breeze. After we arrived here (a long drive with a u haul) we couldn’t believe how beautiful the place is in person. The ...apartment itself is lovely and very spacious(don’t love the floors but they work especially with a dog), the kitchen is HUGE for a 1/1 and I have ample storage but the main thing that sells this place Are its amenities and the fact they maintain it well. There are more maintenance staff here than anywhere I’ve ever lived and you always see them hard at work. A few other things to note: safety: this complex is very safe and has a nice feel to it; very well lit at night. The porch is screened in (a must in Florida) and complex feels like a resort!!!! Also everyone I’ve encountered at the office was equally as nice and accommodating. I love love love Decorum and I am extremely happy with my choice!!!! August 29, 2022Decorum was indeed a blessing for us. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and workout gym. My daughter and I had free water arobic lessons, which was great! The walking trail along the lake will always be memorized because of the beautiful yellow butterflies and lovely landscaping. The staff was especially kind. July 12, 2022Decorum cant seem to afford their luxury amenities anymore. Maintenance breakdowns are blamed on politics, along with them raising rent as services are reduced.
