Spacious 2 bedroom apartments. Beautiful veiw, deer and turkey sighting through out the year! Been here for almost three years great neighbors. Nice quite and safe area. Full size washer and dryer, a/c, 1.5 bath. Fireplace and great lighting. Near hwy access. Heat and water include. Large detached garage. Self cleaning ovens which are great! Great closet space throughout and walkin closet in larger room. What else can I say a must see apartment! !

by far the quietest apartment I have ever lived in; I literally never hear my neighbors! The neighborhood is really safe and far enough from main roads, there's no noise. All the units have a washer and dryer and a garage which is perfect for winter. They clear the snow and ice very early so leaving in the morning is never a problem. The secure/intercom entry is a great feature. Lambeau Field is 10 minutes and the mall is 15 minutes away. Wood mans and Menards are less than 5 minutes away. Love ...

I really like the Deerbrook apartments! We visited the Deerbrook apts also but the Deerbrook apartments look a lot better. Both apartments have an quieter environment away from Velp.
