ROACHES
August 8, 2024This was my first apartment.It was fine until I noticed roaches it was too late tho.It was ok in the winter but of course as it warmed up they were out and about.Ive talked to other residents and I think its mostly bc I live by the dumpster.Also ppls cars keep getting broke into.So move in at your own discretion.Review from Apartments.com
Great Price but Noisy
May 7, 2020I’ve lived here for 3 years. These inside pictures must be old because my apartment looks nothing like this. These apartments are not sound proof so you hear everything your neighbors say and do. There is no fitness center at all. It has never been one since I moved in. The pool is hardly open and when it is, it is full of kids from other complexes. There is no security at all. Most nights it’s very quiet but the new people moving in are loud throw parties, leave trash on the stairs and keep up ...noise late at night. No peace of mind here
August 30, 2017I live on the first floor near the pool. The kids here are unruly. There is no security here so the kids basically do whatever they want. Kick my door, break my light fixture outside. Destroy property in and outside of the pool. Playing loud music while In the pool. Kids jump the gate at the pool and disturb the peace all night (10pm-1am). Big water bugs litter the ground at night and frequently get inside my apartment. I've gotten tired of waking up to seeing bugs crawling on the wall.
