Poorly Managed

This property is poorly managed and continuously has large trashed items dumped out front. It is used as a junkyard and management does nothing about it. An absolute sore for the eyes, brings down the entire community- two thumbs down

(1) This apartment building always has couches, mattresses and furniture dumped out in the rear on Daisy Avenue facing the school. Management leaves the items there for weeks at a time before handling it. (2) Currently, the apartment is tagged with gang graffiti across the garage doors and again, management not taking care of it. (3) They replaced the windows last year and haven't painted since. Now the building looks terrible as each window is surrounded by what looks like unfinished work.
