The Worst Experience Ever
January 4, 2020This has been my worst experience ever. I feel like my upstairs neighbors are gonna come crashing through my ceiling at any moment! The pool is available 24 hours a day in the summer! You will get no sleep if your unit is near the pool! My least is almost up!!! Thank God!!!Property Manager Responded
January 14, 2020It is disheartening to see that we have not earned your recommendation for Delta Pointe. We understand that you are frustrated with what appears to be a lack of responsiveness to these issues, but unfortunately disturbances must be substantiated by our courtesy patrol or management team in order for us to be able to take action. In a community living environment, it is normal for everyday living noises to travel between homes. If you feel that the noise from your neighbors is excessive, we ask that you reach out to us right away so that we can verify the disturbance. Our swimming pool has never been open for 24 hours, so any use after 10:00 p.m. would be unauthorized and we ask that you contact our after-hours courtesy patrol for assistance. For more information on this service and to provide additional details of your concerns please contact us in the Leasing Office. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Construction Nightmare
June 20, 2018Wood subfloors combined with inconsiderate upstairs tenants means you will sleep when they do and guests will stop visiting. Woman was rude from the get-go. She startles me awake every morning and can hear me but does not contact maintenance to see about nailing the joists which can be done right through the subfloor. You can't take a nap either because she leaves for work in the morning and the person living in her living room doesn't work OR leave to get mail or anything but keeps you awake all ...day. It is too noisy to have company, watch TV at times, listen to the radio or talk on the phone. This woman moved in right after me.Property Manager Responded

While we are thankful for your feedback, we are saddened to see that we have not earned your recommendation in this review. We understand the challenges of community living, and would like to offer our assistance with the squeaky floors, and any other concerns you may have. Over time and as our buildings settle, the floor boards can move and nails in the subfloor loosen. Our maintenance team has a new process where we can add additional anchoring to these boards to prevent movement and squeaks. Please contact our property manager in the Leasing Office at your earliest convenience for assistance. We look forward to improving your living situation and earning your recommendation soon!
