I've discovered that living in a "green" building just means there's no amenities and you can't find the front door. The perks they do offer are so complicated to access, that it's like being offered nothing at all. Things like having to have a phone with service in order to do laundry. Not everyone can afford to keep the phone on all the time. The free electric bikes only recognize certain technology, not mine, and it's the same with the Eco pass. If the apartments weren't so nice, I'd have ...
second thoughts about moving in here. Because I don't enjoy any of the amenities.

I’ve called the Depot Square home for many years. As somebody who doesn’t drive you can’t beat this location! You are in walking distance to the 29th street mall, Whole Foods, Target, and live next door to one of the best restaurants in town! The apartments floor to ceiling windows give you access to the beautiful mountains and the apartments themselves are stunning! I feel lucky I got myself an apartment in here when I did.
