These apartments have a wonderful beautiful and kind manager she make sure Patti needs are always Matt if there is anything wrong she make sure that within 24 hours to if not the very next day it gets dealt with she make sure everybody is satisfied with their place she helps them out whenever they are in need and she make sure that everything here is beautiful for we do live here and she wants to make sure that everybody is comfortable with inviting guests and showing off their beautiful home. do live in a desert so it is very hot but the utilities here are a lot cheaper than other places beautiful landscaping filled with roses and palm trees rocks so there are hardly any bugs and some grass areas for animals to use this is a pet friendly apartment complex and there is no deposit for the pets which helps due to the fact that most people cannot always afford those pets deposits. We also have a pool for all renters we also have a beautiful clubhouse also able to be used by all the renters for any parties or events that they may need it for so they don't have to always use their home.
