Devonshire Apartment was home for me. I lived in a studio unit and moved to a one bed. Both units are great for students, singles or couples. The apartment is very clean and maintenance is quick if anything needs to be fixed. Rent payment and requests are all made easy and accessible online. My experience living at Devonshire Apartments cannot be compared to any other apartments I’ve lived in the past. The management have an open-door policy where all concerns are attended to in a timely manner. They have a janitor on site who is always available to fix any damage or even help with other handy works. Devonshire Apartments was home for a year and a half. I loved everything about residing there. Management is excellent! They are always looking for feedback and take suggestions for making residents more comfortable. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. I can only say great things about this apartment. I have being leaving there since 2013 and i can honestly say that it is so secure and the staff is on point in terms of maintenance and understanding their tenants. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who feel likes they want to move to Chicago.

This location was referred to me by a friend and it was a great choice. Only minutes from my core rotation site getting there was no problem. Not only was private parking available for personal vehicles, but public transportation was accessible. It was also an easy find for Uber and Lyft services. Needing a break from studying a walk or jog along nearby Lake Michigan was relaxing. Popular Hyde park locations are close and it's about 20 minutes from downtown making for a fun weekend.

My 8 years at Devonshire Apartments was beyond enjoyable. Management staff is always very polite, professional / quick to respond to issues. Felt very secure with the key gated security system.
