Great Apartment
March 30, 2023Devonshire Apartment was home for me. I lived in a studio unit and moved to a one bed. Both units are great for students, singles or couples. The apartment is very clean and maintenance is quick if anything needs to be fixed. Rent payment and requests are all made easy and accessible online. Management is excellent and Patrick is a great manager. He is open to suggestions and available for questions or concerns. I lived in Chicago for a while and this was by far the best apartment. AN EXPERIENCE SECOND TO NONE!
January 27, 2023My experience living at Devonshire Apartments cannot be compared to any other apartments I’ve lived in the past. The management have an open-door policy where all concerns are attended to in a timely manner. They have a janitor on site who is always available to fix any damage or even help with other handy works. Excellent security, affordable rent, parking, decontamination and even furnishing of the apartment are some of the services you will enjoy from the first day. May 4, 2022Devonshire Apartments was home for a year and a half. I loved everything about residing there. Management is excellent! They are always looking for feedback and take suggestions for making residents more comfortable. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. Everything including rent payments and maintenance scheduling can be conveniently accessed online through a residence portal. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, close to public trans, close to Rainbow Beach, the South Shore Cultural Center and ...several eateries. Enjoyable stay
June 11, 2017This location was referred to me by a friend and it was a great choice. Only minutes from my core rotation site getting there was no problem. Not only was private parking available for personal vehicles, but public transportation was accessible. It was also an easy find for Uber and Lyft services. Needing a break from studying a walk or jog along nearby Lake Michigan was relaxing. Popular Hyde park locations are close and it's about 20 minutes from downtown making for a fun weekend.Review from Apartments.com

February 20, 2017My 8 years at Devonshire Apartments was beyond enjoyable. Management staff is always very polite, professional / quick to respond to issues. Felt very secure with the key gated security system. Building was usually very quiet & well maintained. Felt more like a cozy single family home rather than an apartment. Surprisingly affordable / very spacious. Construction was very modern. With a few personal touches of creativity I was able to make this a place I called home.
