Quiet complex with good management
July 21, 2015This is a great location, and decently managed. My husband and I have lived here for three years, and plan to renew again next year. We recommended the place to a couple of our friends too, who moved in and have been pleased. They don't jack up the rent like crazy when you want to renew, and the security deposit is low. I think our rent went up by only $50/mo last year. They also have a decent pet policy, and I'd say at least half of the residents have cats or dogs. Even with the pets, it's ...still pretty quiet. I think there must be cinder block between the units, to keep the sound down. The management maintains the place well, and they've been replacing major things recently like the roof and the parking lot. They do a good job of keeping the pests down. We did see a couple of mice one month, but we found their entry point and plugged it up and haven't had a problem since then. I also subtracted a star because they only change the AC filters once a year, so we have to put a filter on the air intake and use air purifier fans.
