August 28, 2022My Airbnb studio is wonderful. It is remodeled, has a great kitchen and a very responsive owner. The rest of the property is not very nice. The second floor hallway is filthy. There are sticky spills, mud and bird droppings littering the tiled floor. The little building the houses the laundry room, business center and fitness equipment (this latter currently labeled “out of order”) is not air conditioned (in Arizona. In the summer). The pool was closed for June, July, and part of August. ...I was told this was because of a broken filter. The sign on the office door showing the open times is apparently, for the property manager, just a suggestion. I have never had an answer knocking on the door or phone during hours they were supposed to be open.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
