Not locking the parking lot gate
January 10, 2023I've lived at the diplomat property on Miami for 5 months now on jan 4th 2023 my truck got vandalized 4 men with gun dove on the lot and stole my catalytic converter. The gate has not been locked one day since i moved in and I've spoken to other tenants they say it's been over a year since it's been un locked which is why my truck part got stolen.. also the elevator has been down four times now it been down going on three weeks.. I told them when I came to apply I need a elevator and a gated ...secured park with locked gate and 24hr camera to protect my truck. I've emailed them No one has reached out . I want to be compensation for my parts and labor and towing towards getting my truck fixed it's the owner of this property to provide was they have stated on there advertisement.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
