I’ve lived here for two months, and it’s easily the worst decision I’ve made when it comes to housing. The rent is outrageously high for what you get — thin walls, constant noise, rude and inconsiderate neighbors, and management that does absolutely nothing to help.
Parking is a nightmare. The spots are so small that even compact cars can’t fit without getting scratched or dinged — both of my vehicles have visible damage. Courtyards reek of dog urine because residents don’t use the designated ...
dog areas, and no one enforces it.
Noise is constant, day and night. Don’t expect peace, quiet, or any chance of working from home. I’ve had more productive days in arcades than here. Even after multiple complaints, nothing changes.
Bottom line: This place is overpriced, poorly managed, and full of inconsiderate residents. Save yourself the headache and live literally anywhere else.
