Very thing structure. You can hear things from your neighbors you don’t want to hear. Tenants there are mostly inconsiderate and disrespectful in my experience. Lots of fighting at the pool. Stolen packages. Gates are always open and never work. Infestation of cockroaches and crickets. Hit and runs in the parking lot. No help from the staff.

Thus apartment complex is terrible, we have upstairs neighbors who are allowed to do whatever they want. They have people cutting hair on the balcony and they play club music during the day. They also are allowed to ride scooters and bikes inside the apartment causing a bunch of noise for us. When I complain about the noise and trash they throw on my balcony, the office staff always seems to turn it around and take their side. We are breaking the lease early to get out of here and corporate is a ...
