February 19, 2020Lived here two years- was told my AC unit would get fixed within the first 3 months after I moved in and maintenance never come to look at it, my key only worked on one door into the building, parking was always being taken up by students from Rountree and nothing was ever done, and worst the parking lot isn't kept up in winter so a few weeks after having surgery I fell on unsalted ice and after telling the building manager nothing was done to clean the lot.Review from Apartments.com
Love it!
November 19, 2018I have lived here a year and a half and I have no complaints! The place is very quiet. It use to be a hotel so the soundproofing is fantastic and I can hardly ever hear my neighbors. Any time I’ve had an issue, the landlord is always very quick to fix them, and they have only been minor, (runny toilet and leaky sink). The apartment was repainted before I moved in and the carpets were professionally cleaned as well. Really close to campus- about 10-15 minute walk to anywhere on campus.Review from Apartments.com
