Pleasantly Surprised
March 27, 2020About a year ago we went in to tour the property. Not so great....the office staff seemed uninterested and the property itself didn't meet our expectations. Just for the heck of it we decided to go back in a few weeks ago to check again since the location is ideal and is right on a bus line. We were happy to see so many great changes. The new staff was super welcoming and the community itself seemed to have had a major cleanup. New projects in progress everywhere. New Management Awesome!
March 7, 2020Donaree recently got new management and they are awesome! When I've looked in the past, this place has been so-so. But now a bunch of upgrades are happening all over the place: new balconies, new roofs, new paints. You can tell these guys really are. And, most importantly, the apartments are HUGE -- way way bigger than anywhere else I looked.Review from Apartments.com
New management SUCKS
January 17, 2020Lived there for three years! Everything was great until the last two months October and November of 2019, when the new management took over. Lisa and Moe by far WORST people to deal with DO NOT move in these apartments! Many of us left due to poor management. They came in closed out the pool and started with their “renovations”. They started enforcing things such as renters insurance, very picky with the trailer we had parked out. It is obvious they are just there for the money. DO NOT ...RECOMMEND!!!!!!! June 7, 2016potholes big enough to swim in (not in the budget to repair), leaky single pane windows (not in the repair budget either), broke down abandoned tennis court (you guessed it- not in the budget to repair), but they got some flowers at the entrance. oh yeah, the management sucks too. very disrespectful and rude to residents. if you complain they tell you "if you don't like it you can move".Property Manager Responded

Disappointed
February 4, 2016This place is requesting someone pay close to $900 a month for 2 Bess and 2 baths. Come swing by and you will see blue tarps on more than one building for the roofs they haven't repaired. Some residents have buckrlets in their living rooms, bedrooms catching water from rain. That's a nonchalant resolution especially when you pay rent on time every month.Property Manager Responded
