March 21, 2026This place is advertised as a mature adult building well that isn't the truth. The pictures that they have online are not close to what we are living in. I need a tub stopper and ask for one and they don't have any, no surprise there. I can go buy one at the dollar store but why should I. They make promises that they can't or don't keep. Neither one of the full-time managers doesn't know what the other is doing, ask Mike he says talk to Michelle, ask Michelle and she said to talk to Mike so like ...what the heck. Customer service is out the window; I just wish the draft was out the window. The draft coming in through the windows is terrible. The appliances are as old as dirt. No air conditioning and it just keeps getting better. NOT!!!!!
