These apartments and the entire Acacia Apartments are amazing. The management is very quick and efficient to take care of any issues or concerns, and issues that may come up are taken care of in 1 or 2 days. Sometimes that same day. Apartments are always cleaned and the area is always well kept. If you are looking for your first apartment or a better place to stay and live with friendly staff, great rates, and clean then this is the place. We had a great time living here (4 years) and we are sad ...

Rude

When I entered to talk to someone about the property, they were painfully rude. They would not disclose information, and went back to talking on the phone. She told me to just go to google, and it will pop up, when I asked her about information on the facility and even to tour it. Some people have no shame.

Good Livin'

First, the area is nice. West side of El Paso with plenty of places to eat and a Planet Fitness is down the block. :) The tenants are not rowdy, haven't seen any late night cop calls yet and I haven't had a problem with crazy parties. Some people selling door to door goodies but that's at every complex. The traffic can get crazy in the morning so I suggest using the traffic lights, no shortcuts. Second, I live on the second floor. I would say the walls are not too thin but if you are yelling on ...
the other side I definitely know about it. My floorboards creak when I walk on them, I don't know how that sounds for the bottom floor folks, I would check that if you end up on the first floor with some heavy walkers above you. The management keeps the area clean and maintenance is excellent at attending to your problems quickly. Overall I quite like it here. I wouldn't say that the apartments are top notch. This ain't a resort, but it is a good place to live and I don't feel embarrassed bringing anybody over to my house. Plus I can ride the bus to school very easily. Four stars. Good livin'.

Office staff has been very helpful with my transfer and move in. The grounds are always clean. Maintenence is quick and efficient. Neighbors and traffic are very quiet. It's been peaceful. Times are rough and they have the best rent rates in the area. Case and Associates is the best property management company in the apartment world.

I have lived here in the double tree for 3 years now. The front office people are friendly and do everything they can to fix any issues that arise. Although,there are great people who work here the property is older and needs some serious updating,the appliances are great, but the structure and the building's themselves.

I lived at Double Tree for a year and a half and I would recommend it to anyone. The price was really good ($574 a month for a one bedroom) and it's in a great location in West El Paso just off of Mesa and Mesa Hills. The view of the Franklin Mountains is also awesome from the apartments. I really have no complainants about Double Tree. The staff was always very nice and helpful from when I started looking at the complex until I moved out. Maintenance was awesome and always fixed the problem the ...
same day I put a request in or let me know that we were working on it. A huge plus, for me, was the complex has refrigerated air and the central heating system is pretty solid too. The appliances were good and they include a microwave, when a lot of complexes don't. I also never had a issue with parking. I would recommend Double Tree to anyone.

Safe, Quiet, Great location

I love the view of our patio looking at the mountains almost makes you forget you are in el paso. Its quiet and safe and pet friendly which is a must for me. The location is great Planet fitness, the bank,laundry, walking distance restaurants.Nice area to walk and run. The patio need a little updating and the bathroom could be bigger and better made but I happy overall.
