Terrible experience living here

This is some of the worst maintenance and ownership of an apartment complex that I have ever experienced. The owner does not care about the tenants what so ever. Suckered into a one year lease that I fully regret. They don't fix problems when brought to their attention and if they do it's months later and done very poorly. They replaced our broken AC with one half it's size and with the extra space left it boarded up with out painting it and even left holes in our wall that they covered up ...
with tape. When I complained nothing was done and was told that "that's just the way it is." Not only does the AC not work efficiently but I have complained numerous times about the heater not working as well. In the winter our apartment is about 40 degrees even with the heater running four hours and in the summer when the AC is running all day it is still over 80 degrees in the apartment. They said they refuse to fix this. I highly recommend staying away from this place and NEVER sign a lease with them. It's the one of the worst places in Reno live and if I could go back in time I would have never agreed to sign a lease and live here.
