The tenant was washing laundry one day and his friends underwear were in there from when she stayed the night and this other tenant went through the clothes touching her underwear and then took money that was in a pocket. He and the landlord are constantly threatening and harassing him that if he has anyone over he will be kicked out. He pays his rent on time every month and has no privacy, is constantly being watched by the weird old man ECT.. do not live here, this man is an absolute creep and the fact that the landlord is allowing this to go on shows what a creep he is as well. They only bother him as said friend is white and he is dark skinned and apparently they did this to another couple as well in the past. I've never dealt with someone being treated like this and can't even live in his own home without being watched like he is doing something wrong. I truly believe they are racist and are targeting him due to his color and yes, he is filing a report with home inc and getting a renters attorney.
