You get for what you pay for
February 16, 2023I rented here for a year. Within the year, there were 2 shootings. On top of that, maintenance was lazy and they never really helped with anything. The place is old and the windows leaked air into my apartment. Worst part is… I cleaned my apartment before moving out. They still charged me a cleaning fee. They didn’t notify me that it was a month to month if I didn’t renew my lease and took most of my deposit because I didn’t notify them 60 days or more. Overall I wouldn’t rent from them. Only ...thing they have is cheaper rent than most places. But I rather pay more for my safety.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
