Best Apartment
June 30, 2022By far the best apartment I have ever stayed in. I wish I didn’t have to move due to work. Gated community which made me feel safer. The front office ladies are AMAZING! Honestly, the whole staff is, even maintenance. Very attentive. Beautiful apartment and they take care of landscaping too well. Only complaint I had was sometimes neighbors would play music loud in their car and it would wake me up. Other than that…I wish I can move back into my town home and never leave.Property Manager Responded

Good Apartment
May 8, 2021The apartment is good but could work on becoming 4 stars. The complex has its positives. The office staff is responsive to calls and maintenance requests. The rent is comparable to other townhomes in the area. I would suggest a unit deeper into the complex, due to how noisy Airline Highway can be. The apartment can be improved if a new provider for washers and dryers on-site is chosen. Be sure to inspect the unit before signing your lease, due to age of the units and cleanliness maintained.Property Manager Responded
