August 16, 2015Amazing quiet area. Has 2 bedrooms suitable size for kids, and office or 1 person. There is only one small closet in each room The bathroom is pretty small with the toilet sitting close and between the sink and the tub which has a shower. Fully carpeted. There is a decent clean kitchen with a door attached that leads to a hall and to another door that takes you in the back of the complex outside where the parking lot is. There is a nice size basement that is shared with the neighbors. Nice size ...to put exercise equipment. There are washer and dryer hookups. You get a purchase out front that's shared with the neighbors as well. Not big enough to lounge with a chair or with friends. Well kept property outside. Beware that in the duplex the walls are thin. You can pretty much hear your neighbors conversations and I'm sure they can hear yours....overall no huge complaints. Rent is decent. It's worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
