April 18, 2019I would have liked to give this place a better review because I didn’t mind the majority of my time there. I lived in this apartment complex for almost 4 years in apartment 27. Once the ground started to thaw, a few damages from the earthquake came to light. The bedroom window had shifted allowing water and wind to come through, water was leaking from the ceiling in the living room, the front door had shifted letting out hot air which then melted the ice that then dripped down the door freezing ...the locks, preventing me from unlocking my door without blowing on it. Not to mention the mold that started growing on the frame of the bedroom window because of said water and from the carpet of the living room closet. Once I started noticing these things, I brought it to the property managers attention to have fixed, even took a day off from work. I have cleaned the mold with mold killer and taped off the window with plastic as a temporary fix. The property manager and a maintenance guy came to take a look at the things I had mentioned to her and were there for all of 10 minutes before determining there were NO corrections to be made. I was not contacted again by this woman until after putting in an unfortunate review on their website. I was not going to take another day off to have her look at the same things she didn’t find necessary to fix for me before, I was also in the process of moving out. I left the newly grown mold in the window for them to clean, the plastic up to prevent more water from getting in, and all the water stains from the leaks that she claimed to not notice. I then for a bill in the mail for $300 for CLEANING FEES. Even had the nerve to say the bedroom window was DIRTY in all caps with exclamation marks like a child. That was mold girl, I have the pictures to prove it. We went through 3 or 4 property managers while I lived there and she was by far the worst one. i would never recommend anyone to live at any weidner location. They are only interested in taking your money. They don’t care about the living conditions.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
