July 1, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI've been here for 2 years now which is cool and the cost of the apartment isn't too bad, neighbors are nice, cool shared space for guest to hang out in. Overall this place is great for everyone!!

June 28, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived at the Dronfield apartments for about 6 months and so far it is a decent place to live, although not as great as they seem to say. Pretty quite during the week, but gets loud on the weekends. The front entrance does need better maintenance as the door does not close all the way. Anyone can enter the “secure” building.

There's always updates and improvements making it better for residents. Our new manager Marlene is awesome, she speaks to you with respect and dignity no matter what the situation is & takes care of matters promptly.

The place is clean and quiet and the staff are friendly. The garage parking is well lit and relatively safe--just remember to lock your car and secure valuable items so they won't get stolen.
