November 4, 2017Hands down the worst apartments in Richmond! The management is totally indifferent and unresponsive and the maintenance staff is s complete joke! They are only consistent in NEVER doing anything that they say! Please google this company and the many news stories! It's only a deal if you get ANYTHING that you're supposed to get. Absolutely the worst place to live!!! I wish i could post pics! DONT MOVE HERE!Review from Apartments.com
Hawthorne Hall
September 1, 2015We live at Hawthorne Hall apartments and we have loved it. We have four girls and they have made sure we were very well accommodated. They come out and fix your issues as soon as you call. The rental manager is very personable and is a caterer (can't mess in handy during the Christmas party). During the summer we have neighborhood cookouts and back to school events. The people in the complex have been here for years. They look out for everyone who lives here. August 23, 2015Livin in a one bedroom apt with 2 growing kids is not workingg. One sleeping on an air mattress and one sleeping with me. It is not working. My rent is going up again in october to $650Review from Apartments.com
