Terrible Management
December 12, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comThere is only one property “manager” she is hardly ever in the office. The halls and elevators always stink and only get cleaned about once a month. When the city shut off the building water we were told that she had already called them, didn’t get an answer and wasn’t going to wait another two hours on the phone. The second time it was shut off she didn’t say anything to us until hours after it was back on. A tenet made a sign for everyone after they, personally, called the city. Our carbon ...monoxide alarm went off at 3 am and we weren’t sure if we should evacuate or just unplug it since there wasn’t a date on the back. Call her and she didn’t answer she called back 10 min later said other people had the same problem just unplug it. Then the next night I am woken up around the same time to other tenets alarms going off. That’s when she finally decided it was time to put new ones in for everyone. These are only a couple things. In my opinion, if you’re paying this much in rent you should get a nice apartment but also great management. Which this place doesn’t have!Read More

Very spacious, one-bedroom apartment for two people and a medium sized dog. No one is too loud and everyone in the building is always very friendly. Love the locked-lobby and tons of parking and storage options! Would highly recommend.

September 25, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comDwell is a really good place to live. Apartments are great, locations is very convenient. I've had a few minor maintenance issues, that's the only reason I wouldn't give it 5 starts.
