Poor Customer Service/Rip Off
September 13, 2017
My girlfriend submitted an application to the lady in the office and within a couple of hours she got a call back saying that she wasn't approved for an apartment. When she asked why they couldn't or wouldn't give her a reason for being declined. They just basically took her $75.

  Sorry, But we do charge all applicants a $75.00 app fee. So if a application get approved or denied, either way the a app fee is not refundable.
