July 23, 2018Probably the nicest complex in this area of Vancouver or at least 4th plain... Property manager is great and keeps the property safe and looking great. Best deal in the area easily. Inside feels more spacious than the sq footage says too.Review from Apartments.com

June 23, 2018My husband and I have been residents here for many years,and the building was always kept nice and peaceful,but ever since we got the new manager Zelma she won't fix things in our apt and several others,people are afraid of her because she has threatened several tenants and the rules aren't equal,she is a bully and does many illegal things,but no one is allowed to call her boss,what do we do?Review from Apartments.com
