Would Not Recommend
November 16, 2021After living here for over 2 years, I cannot recommend this property. While the complex is quiet, the positives stop there. Maintenance requests take an unreasonable amount of time to fix, and mess left by maintenance is not cleaned prior to completing the job. Additionally, typical wear of the apartment that occurs through multiple years of residence will be recorded as damage upon move-out regardless of pristine cleanliness of the apartment.Review from Apartments.com
LOVE EAGLE RIDGE!
January 2, 2019I have lived here almost 6 yrs. And would highly recommend this place to anyone. The office staff and maintenance are great people who really care. The villas are beautiful and very comfortable. I really enjoy sitting on the back deck in the summer time. Unlike an apartment complex there is no one above or below you and no stairs to climb. They are worth checking out if you are looking for an affordable decent place to live that is conveniently located.Review from Apartments.com

April 20, 2018Bad neighbors happen every where, but they are not helpful when you have a bad neighbor. They are not willing to help you fix the issue for a better stay. They say that you need to figure out the issue yourselves and they cannot help you any further. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!Review from Apartments.com
