November 7, 2024I've had a fantastic experience living at Eagle Rock over the past few years and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-maintained and welcoming community. The apartments are clean, spacious, and meticulously maintained, which made it a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home. One of the highlights is the convenience of having essential services within walking distance – everything from groceries to dining options is nearby, making life here incredibly convenient. Parking is also ...close and plentiful, which made coming and going hassle-free. The management team, including Diana, Michelle, Joe, and John, are incredibly friendly and responsive, always addressing maintenance and service requests promptly. I’ve always felt supported by the staff, who go out of their way to ensure residents are comfortable and happy. Inconsistency and Inproper Management
June 2, 2023First, they told us birds were allowed in property. Then when we got there they told us no birds allowed. Secondly, we arrived there and the manager didn't know who we were after we made a proper appointment with them. She said she couldn't show us the apartment because she didn't remember putting us down. Finally, she found our information but then told us she had no apartment available. We explained to her we called the day before and we were told that one unit was available. After a few ...minutes she agree that she had one available. However, since they do not accept birds I told her to forget it. I told her she should be more organized and she should give the right information to people before booking an appointment based on false information. The manager is mess. She seem to be unorganized, she gives the wrong information to people and she seems very confused. They should put someone else to handle that office she is in an incompetent.Property Manager Responded

Worse than Bait and Switch...
January 10, 2022They took over the Westgate apartment complex in West Hartford, CT. They dug up the yard doing silly paths with expensive masonry, but failed to put any money into stopping the windows from leaking. The old management was available by email 24 hours, these folks take 2-3 days to get back. If you try to knock on the office door with a request - its almost always locked and the hours are from 10:00am to 2:00pm 4 days a week. The trash and recycling doesn't get emptied often enough so it stinks in ...the hallways as you come off the elevator or stairwell. Skip this one.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 11, 2017Absolutely horrible office staff. They promise you utilities that are not present. No one responds to requests. I was told there will be 2 ACs in the unit they will give me and they showed me a unit with 2 ACs but the one they decided to give me had only one. One of my roommates had to be taken to the hospital for heat stroke this past week. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. these people are not true to their word. March 3, 2017I really couldn't be happier with my choice to move into Westgate Apartments. The neighborhood is fantastic as it is mostly residential with the exception of Stop and Shop across the street and a small strip mall that offers great food options. Having a grocery store across the street and those food options right outside your door is a really nice perk to living at Westgate. It is also just a 10 minute walk to the West Hartford Center which offers a lot of restaurants and boutiques which is a ...great place to walk around and hangout. I also like the location for its quiet community feel, being in a residential setting, and so close to the reservoir for walks but still very close to I-84. The apartment itself is very spacious with hardwood floors, plenty of closet space, huge windows to let in natural light, and a modern updated kitchen. The complex is quiet, well maintained and the staff is very friendly. Whether it is maintenance or management they are always willing to make your needs a priority. They truly do make you feel cared for at Westgate. I would definitely recommend Westgate as West Hartford is a beautiful safe community offering people plenty of things to do for those looking to live in the Hartford area. March 1, 2017My biggest concern after selling my home in a wonderful neighborhood, was finding an apartment complex which promotes the same feeling of community. This is evident at Westgate Apartments. The owners, wonderful management team and staff provide a safe, caring and nurturing environment for all of their residents; a true sense of community and I am fortunate to be a part of it. The Place To Be
July 20, 2015This apartment complex has it all -- well-landscaped with lots of trees and greenery, a pool, a terrific location, and an incredibly helpful and welcoming staff. Easy access to highways and public transportation, the complex has a supermarket and dry cleaners across the street and a mini-mall next door with CVS, Pizza place, Chinese food, Boston Market, and Dunkin Donuts.
