We moved in April 15th and have had problems ever since. First, it was our ice maker not working and then leaking and over making ice. Our Ac went out and we put in a service request to have it fixed 5/19/22 and it was not fixed until 6/03/22. One of our maintenance men came a couple days before it was fixed and said nothing was wrong and we kept saying it’s not cooling properly, every time we talked to someone about it, they told us it was because it was hot outside. We were finally able to get ...
someone else to come look and have the whole unit replaced. Took 3 weeks, numerous phone calls, office visits and calls and emails to corporate to get our AC fixed while we sat in this apartment for that time with 2 toddlers and our air stayed on 76 and above all day. On-call maintenance wouldn’t send anyone out to fix it after also not being able to get someone from our office to fix it. It ran our electric bill up and they are refusing to pay the $600 bill due to them not fixing the AC. Our dishwasher also started leaking and flooded the kitchen on 6/14/22 and the vinyl flooring started coming up and buckling afterwards.

So I am from a bigger city and moving here was a shock. Beaumont is expensive and the apts Here suck. Eagles landing is one of three apts that look good and r worth the price. It's quite and the staff is great.
