Based on my needs Rocketts Landing was recommended and it did not disappoint. Emmett was AWESOME in navigating me through this journey. May 21, 2024I am new to the Richmond area. I met a friend for dinner at The Boat House and fell in love with the area. The East 51 apartments is in walking distance. I like that the community has secured entrances and covered parking. The community seems to be nice and quiet for the most part. April 22, 2024I find East 51 a great place to live. All maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner with courtesy and efficiency. We have a wonderful maintenance team here. They are always pleasant and ready to help. I am also impressed with the cleaning team. They clean the elevators, gym and lobby every week. Plus I want to compliment the property management team who are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind to the residents.
