Garbage in rear of complex.
April 30, 2021The area is safe and nice but they have been piling 11 mattresses and couches in the back dumpster area for six weeks plus. When asked the excuse is "due to covid we have had a hard time scheduling". We get a new notice after complaining and told it will be picked up in May. This is absolutely unbelievable and the excuses are not even believed that it takes 8-10 weeks to have removed. We pay good rent and deserve not to look at a garbage pile with animals getting in and is a huge eyesore.Review from Apartments.com
Nice Apartments
April 12, 2018I've lived in a one bedroom apartment at East Bay Village for the past year and I've enjoyed my stay. The carpeting, counter tops and cabinets are all in excellent condition and they have nice appliances as well. The people in the leasing office have always been knowledgeable and pleasant when I've been in there. I haven't had to call maintenance for anything and the neighborhood is friendly. They have laundry machines inside each building, but they're pretty expensive. It would be nice if ...they had a recycling program, but I don't think many places do. I'm happy with my decision to live here and I would have renewed my lease with them if I didn't have to leave the area for work.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
