Badddd Decision
May 22, 2017Waterbugs....waterbugs...waterbugs. Waterbugs are everywhere in this place! This place is not only frequently visited by pests, but also cops. In the beginning, I had absolutely no problems with my stay; however after the management office was relocated off the premises the property has gone down hill...and fast. My rental had an unsuccessful break in attempt and little to nothing is being done about the pests. I don't feel safe here. It would be ill advised for anyone to stay here. If you ...chose to do so, do it with caution.Property Manager Responded
May 24, 2017Hello! We are very sorry you are experiencing a pest control problem. We offer a great service to our residents by providing on site pest control weekly to all our properties. We do not have it noted where there have been complaints, so please feel free to call our office so we can get you added to the pest control list! Yes, we did have to move out of the small office space on site to a larger office space to better suite our residents needs, and conveniently still within walking distance to the property! We do daily site inspections to ensure all property standards are being met! We would love the opportunity to discuss all your concerns with you at the office or please feel free to call us! Your satisfaction is a priority and we want to make sure all residents enjoy living at Eastgate Village Apartments!

September 19, 2015I love my apartment. It is quite and peaceful. I am within walking distance to everything such as the grocery store, drug store, multiple eating places, ABC store, gas station, nail salon, hair salon, health care establishments and a mini local convenience store. There is a bus stop just outside my complex building.Review from Apartments.com
