Poor parking
November 1, 2020Before I moved in I was so excited but after I saw it differently,you can’t live there having more than 2 cars in the household they register only 2 if you have an extra car in your family you look for the parking down the street and walk some miles to get in home they actually do business in parking you can’t even have a visitor to park in front of your appartment for 10’ ,they tow his car in a blink of an eye that’s the only problemReview from Apartments.com

July 26, 2017Everything is good with the exception of the pool no swimming before 11:00am and no swimming after 5:30pm. This means there is only swimming during the hottest part of the day swimming starts after school let's out and ends before school starts. Very sad, most days you can't swimming here. Do not move here
October 30, 2016I have been broken into three times while staying here They advertise security and do not have any and the gate does not work . They come in and out of the apartment when they get ready to inspect yet they things we need fixed barely get fixed.Same things been getting fixed for 3yrs. Eastland Residence
August 14, 2015This is a good, queit place to be, at least I think so. I moved here last year in June 2014 and I have been enjoying my stay. They are good people that work with you in times of need and try to get the maintenance done when your request is made. The setting is great. It has a work out center and pool that is very convenient for me. The rooms are big and it is such a great place for space if you need it.Review from Apartments.com

August 2, 2015Located on the east side of Fort Worth. I love the staff they're easy to talk to and work with. If you have a problem with anything concerning your unit they will do what it takes to get it fixed asap. I have access to two major highways, shopping centers, restaurants, and schools for grade k-12. They also have a workout gym onsite and a after school program for kids and a summer program.Review from Apartments.com
