Amazing staff and great property
June 3, 2025Recently moved in and I have had no issues at all. The staff is great! Taylor and Brandon have made it feel like home! Scott the maintenance guy is also super nice. Overall this apartment has been more than I expected when looking for a home and will recommend it to anyone looking to find a place to live. They have great amenities and everything is always super clean, they put on events for the people that live here, they are updating and cleaning the property too! They just re-did the parking ...lot! Great apartment complex
March 11, 2022I've lived here for a nearly two years and it's been great. The buildings are kept clean, and the staff are very responsive. I hardly ever notice that anyone lives next door to me because it's usually so quiet. The only downside I can mention is that because it's on the outskirts of town, you get a lot of cars hot-rodding down the street (sometimes late at night) which can be annoying.Property Manager Responded

The BEST place we have ever lived!!
March 27, 2021Eastwood Ridge is literally the BEST place we have ever lived!! Since the move-in day, they provided us with moving tools, carts, and everything you need to make the process easy. The apartment was super clean and well-taken care of. Emaly and Kiana always carry a smile on their faces and always offer help. The complex is very safe, people are friendly, maintenance is excellent and fast, and there is a shuttle bus that takes you for free every day from and to downtown Mayo and St. Mary's ...Hospital. LOVE IT!
March 6, 2020I have been living at Eastwood for about 6 months now. When I moved in, about a month later the property had been sold to another company. I was nervous at first since I had just signed a lease and now had no idea what I would be getting. Thankfully I could not be more impressed! The office ladies are so sweet and helpful. I was excited to see Emily had stayed with the swap, as she had helped me with my move and was phenomenal throughout the process! The new manager Kiana is amazing as well. She ...really seems to care about me and the community. She always asks how I am doing/hows my place, even saw her picking up trash outside yesterday in the cold, which really prompted me to rave about this place! The maintenance is responsive and friendly, so far no issues except a light bulb being changed. Could not say enough about this place! I am just so happy with my cute apartment and my killer view (feels like I am out in the woods yet I am 5 seconds away from a grocery store)! There is a shuttle for me to get to work hassle free, a gym on property, and my neighbors are so nice!
