Probably wouldn’t live here
November 22, 2020The apartment looks nice and the price is enticing but the building is old and continues to fail on the most basic of needs. 1) the wiring for the internet is completely shot 2) i feel comfortable saying there is pretty much no heat outside of space heaters 3) the space heaters that you need for heat also happen to trip fuses every other day causing your power to go out. 4) have had a mouse problem since we moved kn Ultimately I would encourage you to heed this advice. Prior to moving in i saw ...maybe a couple of negative reviews and thought “they must have had a uniquely bad experience, that won’t be representative of my time there” i was wrong. none of these complaints are exaggerated.Property Manager Responded

Review of Eaton Apartments
February 5, 2018This is an OLD building and you will realize it quickly. - After only a few months, the roof leaked and resulted in severe water damage to my bedroom. I slept on the couch for 2 weeks while it was repaired, and had to call twice to ask when they would be fixing it (told me 3 days). - There is one washer and one dryer in the basement "laundry room" which looks like a trash room and they are very old. - Toilet broke and they had to remove and reinstall the entire thing. - Wiring is so old that ...your internet connection will black out frequently. - The building (especially if you're on the top floor) is super hot in the summer. I bought two window and floor air conditioners and they did nothing. The ceiling fans do nothing. In the winter, you have to request that your heat be turned off or it is unbearably hot. Long story short- move into any of the apartment complexes around here that give you a gym, pool, hot tub, actual laundry room, and all the amenities for the same price.Property Manager Responded
