May 14, 2026The front door lock has been broken for almost two years. It commonly does not close and leaves the building unsecured. I don't know why this is not a priority to fix. The laundry room is dirty and the washing machines do not work well. In general, the property is dingy and not well maintained. The light next to the front staircase is broken and hasn't been fixed for probably 6 months. There are many more examples of this type of stuff as well. I'm sure that prospective renters notice this when ...they come to see the apartments/property. The gym does not have AC or heat. In the summer, it gets very hot in there. There should be a portable AC unit in there to help with this. The location of the building is great. Autumn is nice. The building is not horrible to live in, but Park Cheesman charges premium rent, but does not offer a premium experience/product.Property Manager Responded

September 21, 2025Management is predatory towards renters. Add fees to lease each year without explanation and are combative if you ask questions. Building is nice and location is great- but Cushman & Wakefield makes living here difficult.Property Manager Responded

July 22, 2025Have been paying rent for 2 weeks now. The apartment had lots of issues. It's dirty. Not sure if heat/AC vents have ever been cleaned based on black soot on ceilings above vents. Microwave over doesn't work. Grease on ceiling above stove. Parking lot has big pest traps and needs to be power washed. Landscaping has been dead for months. Lots of wear and tear. I was assured it would be fixed before I moved in. I am only partially moved in and am wondering what my options are.Review from Apartments.com
UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR - WARNING
May 13, 2025While viewing units, the Manager assured us that if we needed to cancel our application within 30 days, we would be refunded our $200 in total application handling fees. We cancelled within 30 days, and recently went back and forth over email with the Manager, and a Supervisor, to get the money back, as we were assured. Because there was nothing in writing, the Manager & Supervisor claimed that because we didn't cancel within a 72 hr window, we forfeited the application fees. Clearly this is in ...contrast to what we were assured, and is very unprofessional behavior. This is a warning for other folks about how they behave.Property Manager Responded

February 27, 2025The management of this building is very poor. The front door lock has been broken for 6 months. The reason given by the building manager is that they can’t find someone to fix the door that works with Butterfly. I doubt this is true, but if it is, it still makes no sense. It’s more important to have a working door lock than to have the butterfly system. Anyone has access to the building which is a major security concern. I want to point out that Autumn is polite and this is not her fault. The ...property is in general disrepair and dirty. No heat or AC in the gym. Unacceptable level of mismanagement in what is considered a “luxury” building. This feedback won’t matter as the concerns of residents do not matter to C&W. The biggest response from management came when someone posted a letter in the elevator. Priorities are very skewed here.Property Manager Responded

Poor Management
October 7, 2024I love this building and the location. However, management by Cushman & Wakefield has been very poor. Right now, there isn't even a management team for the building...the most we have in terms of management is an unresponsive AI Robot named Ellie. The maintenance team puts a lot of effort into this building - with little support from Cushman & Wakefield. Would love to see C&W devote attention and resources to the building. Simple investments, such as getting building's window's washed have not ...occurred in years.Property Manager Responded
