About Eaton Terrace Apartments
We are a two story building, composed of (35) 2 bedroom/1 Bath and 2 bedroom/2 Bath apartments. The community is secured entry with HD surveillance cameras for your protection and peace of mind. We offer off-street parking, storage lockers and an on-site coin operated laundry facility with card reader payment options. We also have a loyalty program where credits are earned for free wash when you use the Fascard application. Our community pool is open 7 days a week and is serviced twice a week to maintain cleanliness and safety. All units have double pane windows, wall heater (Aria floor plans have two wall heaters), wall AC unit and privacy security doors for those hot days you want to keep your front door open. Wonderful place!
March 15, 2021Clean! Very safe to live. Recently renovated. Pool,back parking lot,safety cameras throughout, new wash machines & dryers, all new thick security gates, new tall fence around Pool, new deck, new paint outside of apartments, & new storm windows with uva protection, new heaters in apartments, tile & counter tops. Just a few things that come to mind. Also manager Cody is on top of things and extremely well liked!! Lee the owner is all about us out and listening to what we have to say or our ...needs. We are family here in our little community! Summer is a blast here! Huge pool! Thank you. Hope this helps someone!Property Manager Responded
