  • Garbage!

    Don’t even bother looking into this place. The staff has a total IQ of 7. Their only response to any complaints is “oh we don’t seem to have a record of your complaint”. The place is trash and nothing ever works. Vandalizing and theft is high at the complex and staff doesn’t care.

    First thing WE PAY TOO MUCH MONEY here for us not to have a security guard during sleeping hours to protect our property!! Our cars should not be getting stolen, broken into & vandalized in the middle of the night. Highly pissed that this is happening & management has poor attitudes when we report these things! Been living here 2years & this hasn’t happen until the new owners took over. Will not be continuing living under these conditions once lease is over!

    I have been living here for almost a year now and the initial 8 Months when the apartments were called "ALTA BAYTOWN" the management team was very helpful and professional. However, when the RPM Management took over it took a turn for the absolute worst!!!!! They will tow even their residents with no warning whatsoever, you wake up in the morning to go to work and your vehicle is gone, causing you to miss work, stress about whether the vehicle has been stolen or worst, Wreck somewhere!! Their ...
    management has caused me $975 just on towing fees for my truck, my brother's car and my girlfriend's vehicle...this is not accounting for the time loss of work. The RPM Management is the absolute "WORST" they are not about customer service but about making money anyway they can!!! BEWARE of ECHO BAYTOWN!!! DO NOT CONSITER LIVING THERE!!! IT IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!!!

  • BUGS EVERYWHERE

    We pay for pest control every month , have called the office multiple times regarding insects and pest control has never come. Ants get into everything ruining food all the time.

  • Broken and messed my apartment. No one take serious

    Alta Baytown, living in these luxury apartment for few month. Worst part they had leaked water my neighbor top floor and they been using my bathroom and break and leave all dust in my apartment. I did called many time and talk to manager. I’m really fed up and wish I can cancel lease without break lease fees. Today I ask manager please fixed back my closet which apartment maintenance break it and leave these for almost 1 month. I have to clean up every time they messed up and I never recommend ...
    anyone moved here Alta Baytown! They are friendly but the problem when they make it and won’t fixed for month. This is how I pay so much money rent for luxury Alta Baytown. Only they do care about rent on time. I ask manager am I get credit for while this month of July break wall and messed things around. All she said I have to talk to big boss. This is how the bad situation here and today I ask manager to fixed the closet and still 10 pm I came home, nothing be done. I’m sick calling office for whole this month.     I came to tour this apartment complex a few weeks ago and was guided by Ms. Shae! She was very sweet and gave an in-depth tour. She answered all questions and any concerns I had. Her attitude was very positive. She was very patient with me because I know I asked a lot of questions. I’m considering moving to Baytown and this apartment complex is where I would like to stay. They are very nice, in my price range, & I loved my tour with shae! She was definitely the best!

  • No playground

    There is no playground in complex. This is a family type community, but with no playground all the kids play in parking lots. Kids will destroy cars or someone will get hit by car sooner or later.
