Never dream getting your security deposit back . stayed there for 2 months left the apartment in mint condition they start charging unnecessary cleaning and renovation charges ended up only refunding me $85 from the total of $600 security deposit i paid. plus they charge you monthly for unnecessary garbage charges. that's an extra 40 dollars a month. I moved down from Redding, CA on July 1st, 2015. I accepted a job and knew that I needed to find a place ASAP. Luckily, my co-workers found a wonderful family that was willing to let me stay with them for a few months. I was struggling trying to find a place. Nothing was on the market and everything in the area was pretty expensive. I just wanted an apartment that was furnished, (hardwood flooring, granite countertops, upgraded restroom) without hurting my wallet. Towards the end of my stay ...
with the family that I was with, I was not having any leads. One day I saw that Fair Oaks Meadows had available rentals. I couldn't believe what I saw, espresso hardwood flooring, granite counters, dark espresso cabinets, and a nice fixed up restroom. And the best part was that the rent was just where I needed it! This apartment is less than 2 miles to a easy highway access, less than a mile from Sunrise Mall, bunch of shops and restaurants and the apartment premises are gated. You will feel safe, and the office is over-the-top friendly and welcoming. The apartment also comes with a pool and hot tub! I am a very happy tenant! And if you live here, you will be one too!
